Image of a learner plateThe government is providing funding to spend on delivering Apprenticeships in the work place for free.

The funding can be used

  1. To train existing staff as part of your CPD commitment to them;
  2. To recruit new members of staff as Apprentices

The qualifications are free of charge to both the employer and the candidate/member of staff and there is an additional £1,500 grant available for a 16-24 year old that you enrol onto or hire as an apprentice, subject to certain eligibility criteria.

Runway Training in Tonbridge are offering to deliver the training in the workplace and can tailor it to your requirements so that it is relevant to the job role that the Apprentice is carrying out.  Apprenticeships can be in areas such as  Business & Administration, Customer Service, Accounting and Team Leading.
